Students, teaching staff and employees of the University of Göttingen can borrow professional equipment for audio and video productions - ideal for teaching, projects and the development of media skills.
Borrowing Equipment – How It Works
You can find an overview of the material currently available in the Stud.IP event "SUB Audio and Video Services".
If you would like to borrow equipment, please send us an email in advance with your request or your specific loan requirements. Alternatively, you can reach us by telephone during opening hours.
Loans and book returns can only be made by appointment.
- Loan period: 2 weeks
- Use: for non-commercial purposes only
- Liability: The borrower is liable for damage or loss.

Opening Hours
From 2 February 2026 to 7 March 2026 the following opening hours apply:
- Monday 16:00–17:00
- Wednesday 10:15–11:15
The rental service is closed on public holidays.
