The University of Göttingen pursues the goal of making the scientific results of its scientists as widely accessible and usable as possible and for this reason supports the publications of its corresponding authors in genuine Open Access by means of a publication fund and in hybrid Open Access through participation in transformation contracts. In order to enable the establishment of a publication budget for the University of Göttingen and the University Medical Center Göttingen in the future, the monitoring of the publication volume and transparency in the area of funds spent on publications will be continuously improved.
