Digitale Karten in Bibliotheken

The goal of the project's "Moeglichkeiten der Beschaffung und Bereitstellung digitaler Karten im Sondersammelgebiet" report was to work out the numerous issues concerning acquiring, making available, and using digital maps. In addition, the project is to look into the possibilities of a virtual map library. Especially to be investigated are the determination of the perspectives for future cooperation within library networks or cartography networks and how far access to holdings abroad can be built.
